Maria Schachner is a tax advisor and supports our firm and our clients as a counsel. Previously, after having graduated in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business she worked for more than 30 years at the international consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
Areas of expertise
Her practice focuses on corporate tax law and tax risk management, whereby in the past she mainly advised in the course of corporate transactions (corporate restructurings, M&A) and also has many years of experience with general tax audits and risk audits (due diligence audits, internal investigations). Furthermore, she regularly advises clients on cross-border tax structures.
