Hannah Kaiser is a lawyer and works as an associate for our firm. Previsouly, she worked in the tax department of the international consulting firm EY (Ernst & Young) and, after completing her obligatory court practice, for the Viennese law firm FSM.
She is a law graduate from the University of Vienna and also worked as a scientific assistant at the Institute for Commercial and Corporate Law at the University of Vienna (chair Professor Friedrich Rueffler) during her studies. Furthermore, in 2019 Hannah Kaiser completed the LL.M. program “Tax Law and Accounting” at the University of Vienna with distinction.
Areas of expertise
Her practice focuses on all areas of contentious tax and corporate law as well as general corporate law. She regularly represents clients in tax proceedings before the Federal Tax Court and the Supreme Courts as well as in tax and corporate-related liability proceedings before tax offices and courts.
In addition, she advises on special corporate and company law matters and on matters related to the enforcement of claims for damages against managing directors and board members.
