Julia Karnicar works as an associate at our firm. She studied law at the University of Vienna and, following stints abroad in Paris and Brussels, most recently worked at the renowned law firm Herbst Kinsky in Vienna.
Areas of Expertise
Her practice focuses on tax risk management and criminal tax proceedings. She represents companies and their management boards in all areas of contentious tax law, as well as in appeal proceedings before the Federal Tax Court and the Supreme Courts.
In addition, she advises and represents tax advisors both in and out of court in liability proceedings and regularly provides strategic advice to management and supervisory bodies, as well as addressing issues of liability prevention for managing directors and board members.
